I don't know if this is in the right place, but I am asking for help so...
I really want to make an old blood male character but I'm having some trouble coming up with a design. I am looking to go really inhuman looking, like Banshii any tips of suggestions on how to go about it ?

I usually start with the face or torso. Those can be rather key for feral looking old bloods. Banshii's face is actually based on a horse skull. And her torso is a crocodile's but I flipped the Human pelvis backwards. To make her very animal like.
So to get a very animal looking old blood actually look at other animals bones and then add insect over the parts. So what Insect/insects are you looking at for your old blood?

I'm not sure on an exact species yet, I was thinking a beetle or spider or one of those giant centipedes Thank you, that was really helpful, I would have never thought to look at animals and add insect over top, :3 That will help in the planning a lot
