| I would like a December Holiday similar to Christmas and Hanukkah but with different mythology behind them. Or a completely made up holiday. Or both for the different continents or cultures.
And ideas my lovelies? Cuz I would like to do this with many holidays as well. | |

| Maybe it could be a celebration of the generousity of the Gods towards those who are obediant and respectful of them, but also a time a punishment to those who are against them. That way it could have pretty much the same values as Christmas, good will towards others and so forth. | |

| I can think of only totaly different Christmas plot for Meddus. Probably the story of the very first soul Mother Goddes created and sent to live on the Meddus. And during some period (a.k.a. period of Christmas celebration) this soul was all alone and quite lonely on this new place. So this holiday symbolises the appearance of the first Meddian as well as need to cherish your close and beloved ones. No one is supposed to stay alone during this holiday, so the company is appreciated greatly.

| These are just my random ideas but...
Insects don't do very well with the cold so what about a week dedicated to close family members sharing warmth and sharing collected food?
The family members would move to the house with the most comfortable space (not to small not to big) and then everyone stores food at that house until the holiday. THe holiday itself is spend time around a fire and each other sharing body warmth, food, games, taking care of the little ones, making gifts, etc. Of corse this is a bit more archaic and everything since no electricity would be used but the holiday could be a good time for outsiders to join a family.... kind of like an odd adoption day.
