how do you put a pic on a post so people don't have to click on the url?

There is an option on the tool bar under the Subject of post a reply that you can click on. It looks like a picture frame, it's next to a chain link. It also says, if you mouse over it 'Image' and allows you to host an image here.
[ img]asdasda[ /img] Without the spaces of course.
